Adventure Trail Regulations

Route length 100m, height 5/6 m

1. The route is accessible to persons starting with the age of 6 years old, whose physical and mental aptitudes allow covering the route according to the safety requirements and exceeding the height of 130 cm.
2. These rules must be read by everyone before starting the route.
3. Evolve in this park at your own risk and acknowledge that you have read and understood these regulations. In the case of minors, the consent is expressed by the parents or adult persons accompanying them.
4. The equipment must be used only as indicated and is mandatory.
5. The presence of all participants at the demonstration of the use of equipment and games performed by our staff is mandatory.
6. Security rifles must be PERMANENTLY used.
7. Do not overload games. One person per game and on platforms a maximum of 2 people.
8. The management reserves the right to exclude from the park (without reimbursement) any person who does not comply with security rules.
9. It is mandatory to follow the route. In case you have lost your balance and fell off the route, if you cannot get up on your own to resume the route, ask for the help of the supervisors. Keep calm until the arrival of the supervisors, the route safety system ensures your personal safety, and with the help of the route supervisor, you will be saved without endangering your life or safety.
10. The activity on the Adventure Trail must be interrupted in case of bad weather (heavy wind, storm, rain etc). The resumption of the activity being allowed only when the weather conditions allow this, the decision to resume the activity rests with the supervisors.
11. People under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not allowed on the Adventure Trail.
12. Destruction of the equipment provided due to non-compliance with the instructions for use will be borne by the guilty person.
    CAUTION: EVERY TIME YOU ARE ABOVE THE GROUND, YOU MUST BE CAUGHT ON THE SAFETY SYSTEM.
13. The access inside the Adventure Trail represents the person's adherence to the present regulation and at the same time, his submission to the rules of the trail.
14. The maximum permissible weight of the participants is 100 kg.
15. You are responsible for your safety and property even if you are supervised by park staff.

Zipline Trail Regulations

Route length 150 m, height 6/8 m

1. The zipline is accessible to persons from the age of 12 years old, whose physical and mental skills allow the route to be followed according to safety requirements and have a weight between 50 and 100 kg and exceed a height of 150 cm.
2. These rules must be read by all before starting the route.
3. Evolve in this park at your own risk and acknowledge that you have read and understood these regulations. In the case of minors, the consent is expressed by the parents or adult persons accompanying them.
4. The equipment must be used only in the manner indicated and is mandatory.
5. The presence of all participants at the demonstration of the use of equipment and games performed by our staff is mandatory.
6. Security carbines must be PERMANENTLY used.
7. Do not overload the games. One person per game, and on platforms a maximum of 2 people.
8. The management reserves the right to exclude from the park (without reimbursement) any person who does not comply with the security rules.

Laser Maze Regulations

In the game room customers have the obligation to comply with Dino Parc Râșnov staff instructions regarding the use of access/escape routes.

The Laser Maze is not recommended for:

• Children under 5 years.
• Pregnant women.
• People suffering from respiratory problems or allergies.

It is forbidden:

• Smoking
• Access with bulky luggage
• Access with food or drink

The price of a ticket is 5 lei per person. Ticket validity is for one game.

Playgrounds Regulations

This regulation shall apply to all persons entering the playground.

By entering the playgrounds, you accept all the provisions of this regulation.

Read it and explain it to children, S.C. HCR. S.R.L. ”Dino Parc Râșnov” is not liable for any consequences resulting from the non-reading of the regulation or non-compliance with the clauses below. This regulation applies to all people entering the playgrounds. Regulation for the playgrounds.

1. Children must be accompanied by the parent who is totally responsible for them.
2. Adult companions of the children entering with them on the playgrounds must totally take care of them and take responsibility for their own children.
3. The use of the playground will be done by complying with the safety regulations presented both in writing and by signals/images in the entrance area and the playground, which the adults must explain to children before entering the playground. It is strictly forbidden for the adult companions to use the playing equipment.
4. The playground is supervised by people especially employed for this position, but they are not liable for:
   • Fights, kicks, accidents and relationships between the children, only intervening between them when they have the chance and if they notice issues and fights.
   • Accidents, kicks caused by non-compliance by children with the regulations for the use of the playgrounds, regulations, inappropriate use of equipment, play devices and toys, by unknowing the rules of this regulation due to non-reading them by the companions, by non-listening and refusing the recommendations of the supervisors or from children`s inattention.
   • Accidents, kicks caused due to mental health, physical and mobility issues of the children.
   • Issues appeared from the inability or poor ability of children`s communication, of the communication between children or with the supervising staff.
   • Due to adult companion's negligence
5. S.C. HCR S.R.L. ”Dino Parc Râșnov” does not tolerate fights, hitting, violent behavior and aggressive, obscene, bag language, bag intentions jokes of the children or their companions towards the other children/companions/staff. In the situations above-mentioned, people involved can be warned to leave the playground immediately, without the reimbursement of the entrance ticket`s counter value and without subsequent acceptance on the playground.
6. It is forbidden for children to bring with them sharp objects, such as knives, sticks, pens, keys, and any other sharp objects during the use of the playground. In the case of taking these objects on the playground, the parent is solely liable for any consequence, understanding liability for the accidents caused by children or damages caused.
7. It is forbidden to slide with the head forward through the tuned/bar/tube/slide or climbing from bottom up on the slides, it is forbidden to push other children on scales or anywhere on the playground, it is forbidden to slide on the belly or on the back on the slide, children are not allowed to climb on the safety net, also, the climb standing on the swing is not allowed.
8. The ones suffering from a medical condition, including flu, viruses, contagious diseases etc are not allowed on the playground. Children with physical, mental, seeing or mobility issues must be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for them.
9. The access with food and drinks on the playground is forbidden.
10. It is forbidden to destroy toys and the playground (including spit, dirt, scratch, breaking, plucking, hitting). However, if damage is caused by children, the parent is responsible for paying the counter value of the damages.
11. Please clean/wash your hands with water and soap at the entrance, at exit and after using the toilet.
12. Children must not bring their own toys on our playground; however, if they bring toys which do not belong to us, we are not liable for them.
13. Children are not allowed on the playground with mobile phones, mp3 systems, audio devices with long wires around the neck, brooch with the needle or other objects that may represent a danger for the carrier of the other children.
14. It is forbidden to play with the toilet water or with drinking water.
15. Filming or taking photos on the playground is forbidden without the approval of the playground`s leadership.
16. Parents and children leaving personal objects in any area of the park take responsibility for them.
17. S.C. HCR S.R.L. ”Dino Parc Râșnov” can legally act against those violating one or more of the provisions of this regulation.
18. By complying with the above-mentioned rules, both your children and the others will play safely and will have fun.
