Why choose card payment ?

Over 50% of Romanians prefer this option. It is a bit safer during this period to avoid contact with cash. In addition, you get rid of the refund fee.

How do I order online ?

Search for the desired product: you can search for a product directly in the special search field or by navigating the product categories directly from the menu displayed on the left.

Add the desired products to the shopping cart by selecting the “Add to cart” button.

You can add to the cart more products, from different categories.

Check your order.

After adding each product, you are automatically directed to the shopping cart, where you can review the list of selected products, update the quantity or cancel one or all of the selected products.

Invoicing and order delivery details

After adding the desired products to the cart, you need to select the billing details, the payment method you opt for and the preferred delivery method.

Don’t forget to read the terms and conditions and check the box “By sending the order I accept the terms and conditions of Dino Parc Râșnov” before sending the order.

The final step in sending the order is the “Complete the order” button. Shortly after pressing this button you will receive an e-mail confirming the registration of the order.

A product I wanted is no longer in stock, what do I do ?

The number of products we order from our suppliers is limited. But, in case of cancellations and returns, the stock of the products is updated on the site in maximum 24 hours.

Can I order a product by phone ?

Orders can only be made online, but you can call the phone number 0741208703 and a Dino Parc Râșnov consultant will help you step by step.

Can I order from abroad ?

Orders placed on www.dinoparc.ro are currently delivered only in Romania.

Costs and delivery

How is the delivery made ?

Delivery is made through the FAN COURIER courier service and through the Lifting Point in the Dino Parc Râșnov physical store.

How much does delivery cost ?

Delivery by courier is free for any order over the minimum value of 130 lei. For orders below this value, a shipping fee will be charged. For orders with cash on delivery, a fee will be charged, regardless of the delivery area.

Also, in the case of payment on delivery / refund by courier, a payment processing fee on delivery applies.

Is it possible that several orders are delivered to me in the same package ?

If you have ordered several products with the same delivery address, we cannot guarantee that they will be delivered in the same package. The accumulation of two or more orders involves their deviation from the usual circuit and manual processing of invoices, which can generate errors or problems with product availability. We recommend that you complete a single order that includes all the products you want to purchase.

What happens if I am not at home on the day of delivery ?

In general, we recommend that you choose delivery at the place of work, if you are not at home during working hours. If, regardless of the chosen address and reason, you are not available when the package arrives, you will receive a note with information about a new delivery attempt. The note will contain the shipping note number and a telephone number to set a new delivery date with the courier company representative.

What does the service “Opening the package upon delivery” entail ?

When the package arrives at its destination, you can open it to see the contents in the presence of the courier, before you pay. Check if the product or products are the ones you ordered, if the color is what you wanted or anything else related to the condition of the items. If you want this possibility, the courier is obliged to wait while you check the contents of the package. Know that this option does not involve testing the items, but only checking them.

When the choices made are not to your taste or are below expectations (regardless of color, material, quality, etc.) you can opt for their return on the spot.

Here’s how:
* if you have chosen the cash on delivery payment, request the package to be checked before paying the courier, for an additional fee of 5 lei.
* if you have chosen payment by card, we will transfer to you as soon as possible the amount equivalent to the products returned to the account from which the payment was made.

You need to know: if you choose to return the items after checking the package, it is important to know that you must return all the products, you can not refuse one or two and keep the others.

If you choose to return after checking the package, the shipping cost is free.

Can I return the ordered products ?

If you want to return an order or a product, you can do it by picking it up by courier or handing it directly to the physical store inside Dino Parc Râșnov. The first way requires first filling in a return form here. The return to the physical store can be done directly, without filling in the return form.

For these two options you must keep in mind that you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the package and that the products must meet several conditions.

What does responsible return mean ?

Returns the product you no longer want in the same condition in which it was delivered. That means: with the label intact, no stains, no signs of wear or tear, including the accessories and the box it came in. Think that the next customer may even fall in love with the product you returned.

You should also know that the return of the product without the composition label cannot be accepted. The products marked in the return form must be handed over in full to the courier, exactly as they were checked on the site upon request for return. If there are different products in the return package than in the completed form, after checking the package by the Dino Parc Râșnov team, the collection will be refused to the courier, and the package returned to the sender.

Can I change an ordered product ?

We cannot exchange products ordered with others. If you are interested in another size or model, depending on the availability of the desired product, you can place a new order. In parallel, you can return the product that does not suit you.

How do I return by courier ?

To return a product by courier, you can do it through Fan Courier services on the phone: 021 9336 or on the fancourier.ro website via selfawb.

If the payment was originally made by a bank, credit or debit card, your money will be refunded to the account attached to that card. If you used another payment method, you can choose to receive the money in a certain bank account.

It is important to know that a return form is for an order. If you want to return products from different orders, please repeat the above process for each order. You should also know that each completed return form must correspond to the return package prepared by you for collection. What does that mean? The products selected in the online return form must be found on the package to be returned. In case the Dino Parc Râșnov team finds other items, it will refuse to take over the package, and the return process will be delayed.

What documents do I use to send a return package ?

You don’t need any documents. Just fill out the return to the form (for return by courier) or take the product directly to the physical store Dino Parc Rasnov after making sure that the product is in the same condition as it was delivered, with the label intact, without stains, no traces of wear or tears and is complete, including with accessories. You should also know that the return of the product without the composition label or other original packaging cannot be accepted. How long can I return a product ?

If the choice made displeases you in any way, or if you have simply changed your mind, you have 14 days from the time of purchase to request the replacement of the product, the return of its value or the replacement with another model.

If you have received the incomplete or non-compliant / defective product, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order. Any subsequent referral will not be considered.

The consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he renounces the purchase, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 14 days of receiving the product.

When do I get my money back ?

The return of the value of the product is made by bank transfer and we ask you to provide us with your IBAN account so that we can return your money.

The return request is made by email at: [email protected] It is also necessary to fill in a related form that you can find a link to the form. It must be completed from a computer / laptop, and the order number must be entered without a “#” in front or other special characters.

If you choose to return the value of the product, according to the law, the amount is returned within 14 days.

For orders paid through a bank account, the return of the value of the product is possible only in the same account from which the payment was made.

How long does the courier come to pick up my package ?

The courier will reach you in 2-5 business days from the registration of the return request.

What happens after submitting the online form ?

After we register your return request, we will keep you informed by e-mail and / or SMS about when the return arrives at the warehouse, and after we check the returned products, we will notify you if all the return conditions have been met.

After this stage, we inform you when we make the payment, representing the equivalent of the returned products.
