For products delivered by courier or picked up from the store:
If the choice made displeases you in any way, or if you have simply changed your mind, you have 14 days from the time of purchase to request a replacement of the product, a return of its value or a replacement with another model.
If you have received an incomplete or non-compliant product, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Any subsequent referral will not be considered.
The consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he renounces the purchase, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 14 days of receiving the product.
The courier costs of returning the product will be fully paid by the consumer.
Return conditions within 14 days from the time of purchase:
The product must be in new condition, free from wear, scratches, chipping, bumps, or other faults caused by an external shock.
The product must be returned in the original box, together with all of the accessories received, the warranty certificate and a copy of the invoice.
All of the above must be properly packed to protect them against possible damage during transport. Lack or damage to labels, markings on products, may result in rejection of the return request.
Products purchased in the form of special packages or which benefit from other gift products cannot be returned individually, but also in the form of a package or together with the gift product.
If the purchase generates a gift coupon, and it has been used, the return of the value of the products will be made with the decrease of the value of the coupon.
Returns will not be accepted within 14 calendar days if the products show signs of use/ wear and cannot be resold.
Failure to comply with these conditions may lead to the application of a compliance fee or the refusal of the return request. If the product is returned in a condition in which it can no longer be sold as new, we may request the value for return to the original condition. This decision will be communicated based on a technical examination of the returned product made by Dino Parc Râșnov technical department.
* Please take into consideration: The return of the value of the product is made by bank transfer and we ask you to provide us with your IBAN account so that we can return your money.
The return request is made by email to: [email protected] It is also necessary to fill in a form: HERE. It must be completed from a computer / laptop, and the order number must be entered without a “#” in front or other special characters.
If you choose to receive in return the value of the product, according to the law, the amount is returned within 14 days.
For orders paid through a bank account, the return of the value of the product is possible only in the same account from which the payment was made.

When the return order is received at the online store, we will send you the exchange order. No additional delivery charges are charged for exchange orders. The delivery cost of exchange orders is paid by Dino Parc Râșnov.
Note: We do not pay the shipping for returned packages on delivery. We only receive parcels for exchange of products or returns whose transport payment was made by the shipper (customer).
Note: We reserve the right not to honor orders placed by persons who have made more than 6 returns in the last 12 months of the current year.
